WDA(TVET) Requesting for Quality Management Handbooks For Specific Skillis and Training

Workforce Development Authority (WDA) in sponsorship with Germany Development Cooperation had the Official Handover of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) of Quality Management Handbooks, which is said to bring up new skills of hardworking and correcting some mistakes of school managers.

400 copies of Quality Management Handbook are going to be given to all TVET schools all over the country, will give guidelines which will help both trainers and inspectors and their students to improve their activities. By appreciating Germany Development Cooperation which is their sponsor, WDA Director General said more about these books.

As we have been working together with Germany Development Cooperation, we are glad that we have these Quality Management Handbooks which are going to make us work very hard to meet our requirements, it will also give out Competency Based Training which will be the result to the skills that are required.” Said the WDA Director General Eng. Gaspard Gatabazi

Germany Development Cooperation representative, who was the guest of honor, said that they won’t hesitate working with WDA and how pleasure to work with TVET Schools as it increasing the level of skilled of people and the chance of accessing to the job creation.
