Impamvu Udakwiye Kurenza Amaso Ibijumba Harimo Kuba Bivura Diabetes Bikanarinda Umutima

Ibijumba ni igihingwa kigira intungamubiri cyane ku barwayi ba diabete kuko bigira isukari igenda ikaringaniza iri mu maraso, kandi ikanongera umubiri ubudahangarwa butuma umubiri utarwaragurika kuko bifite vitamin D.

Ibijumba tuvuga uyu munsi n’ibihingwa byakunze kuribwa cyane ndetse yewe byareze abana benshi b’abanyarwanda, doreko abakuze kurubu badahwema kubigereranya n’umugati wo muri iyi minsi.

Ibijumba rero ni igihingwa gikomoka muri Amerika y’Epfo cyikaba cyarazanywe n’abakoroni mu Rwanda, maze gikundwa cyane n’abanyarwanda kubera ko uwakiriye ahaga kandi akumva agize imbaraga kandi akaba arinako kinakungahaye kubyo bita antidioxant irinda abantu gusaza.

Ibi ni byerekana ubuhangange buri mu gihingwa ikijumba.

  1. Ibijumba ni ikiribwa cyiza ku bantu bwarwaye indwara ya Diyabete, kuko byifitemo isukari y’umwimerere igenda ikaringaniza isukari iri mu maraso.
  2. Ibijumba byongerera umubiri ubudahangarwa kuko byifitemo vitamine D, iyo vitamine D ikomeza amagufa, amenyo, igafasha imitsi, uruhu, ikanatuma umuntu agira imbaraga.
  3. Ibijumba bituma umutima ugira ubuzima kuko ibijumba byifitemo ubutare bwa ‘potassium’ igenda igasenya ibyitwa ‘sodium’ bishobora gutuma umutima ugira ibibazo. Ikindi kandi, ibijumba bigira vitamine B6 ikumira impanuka zo guturika imitsi yo mu mutwe (AVC), kuko bituma umutima ukora neza.

  6. Ibijumba birwanya ‘anémie’ kuko bikungahaye cyane ku butare bwa ‘fer’. Iyo fer ni yo ifasha umuntu, ikamurinda guhura n’ikibazo cyo kubura amaraso.
  7. Ibijumba bifasha abakobwa cyangwa abagore bajya mu mihango bakababara kuko byifitemo ubutare bwinshi bwa ‘manganèse na fer’, ibyo rero bifasha abagira imihango ibababaza.
  8. Ibijumba bifasha mu mikurire y’umwana ukiri mu nda kuko bikungahaye ku cyitwa ‘acide folique’, kandi abagore batwite bakenera iyo ‘acide folique’ kuko ituma umwana akura neza mu nda.

Ibijumba bigira amoko menshi harimo iby’umuhondo, umutuku, mauve, umweru ndetse n’igitaka, kandi byose niko byifitemo izi ntungamubiri.
