Nubwo ironji ari urubuto rw’ingenzi cyane ku buzima, rufite vitamin C nyinshi, isukari karemano n’izindi ntungamubiri zifasha umubiri, kurirya mu rugero rurenze cyangwa kurukoresha buri kanya bishobora guteza ingaruka mbi ku buzima bw’umuntu.

- Bigira ingaruka ku barwayi ba diyabete,
- Bitera imvune y’umwijima n’utundi turemangingo tw’umubiri.
