Paul Kagame won the presidential election with a majority of over 99%
Rwandan President Paul Kagame won the presidential election with a majority of over 99 percent. This is included in the provisional announcement by the National Electoral Commission in Rwanda.
As many people expected the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame to win these elections with a majority, that is what happened as contained in the announcement of the National Electoral Commission in a provisional manner.
Candidate Frank Habineza of the Party for Democratic Green Party Rwanda (DGPR), who is also the head of the party, in his message to the members of his party, agreed to thank President Kagame after defeating him.
