Kayonza havugwa ikibazo ki mirire mibi iterwa ahanini n’ubumenyi buke n’amikoro make biri mu bituma abana babo baza mu mirire mibi, ubuyobozi bugaragaza ko hari gahunda nyinshi zashyizweho zibafasha mu gukumira iki kibazo harimo gahunda y’igi rimwe ku munsi ku mwana.
